Project Overview

Chelsom had been running with an older Panasonic phone system which was coming towards end of life, running digital phones and ISDN30 phone lines. After reviewing their needs for the future, Chelsom decided it was time for an upgrade for the growing business.

The Solution

After looking at what would work best for the thriving business, Tech Advance recommended a state-of-the-art Avaya phone system using VoIP lines on site and VoIP/SIP lines for the external connectivity.

The system was upgraded at the end of 2019 and Chelsom are already seeing the benefits of such an advanced business phone system.
